The Politico, via Drudge, reports that Obama‘s nominee to lead the National Intelligence Council, Chas Freeman, has resigned from consideration. This is the latest in what is becoming a long list of such disappointments for the administration.
This brings up a question: Who exactly is vetting these nominations? And just how well were those people vetted?
